Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled session. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the service, as time has been set aside specifically for you. If you wish to reschedule after a no-show, you will be required to pay for the service again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
